You can Request a new PIN and an email with a link to set a new PIN will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. If you have problems with this process, visit the library, and please remember to bring your library card and a photo ID
If you got an email from the library, reply to the email with your current information. If nothing has changed, say so. A staff person will update your card. You keep the same card. Or you can come in to any library and a staff person will update your card.
Generally children who are eight years or older can be left alone at the library as long as they adhere to library policies and can take care of themselves. Staff cannot be placed in the position of supervising unattended children. For more information please see our Child Safety Policy.
The library does not accept replacements for lost or damaged materials of any type. If you have lost or damaged an item you will be charged a replacement fee to cover the processing of the item and the price of the item.
